How to request removal of your personal information from our systems.

Your right to request deletion
If you have used Electronix Hub and want us to delete personal information we hold about you, you may submit a request using the instructions below.
What you can request
- Deletion of quote submissions and contact form data
- Removal of account or customer profile information
- Deletion of marketing communication preferences
Note: We may need to retain certain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes even after a deletion request (for example, completed transaction records).
How to submit a deletion request
- Email us at Sales@Electronixhub.net
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include your full name, email address, and phone number (if used with us)
- Briefly describe what data you want deleted
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
- We may contact you to verify your identity
- We will process verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law
- We will email you when deletion is complete or explain any exceptions
Facebook / Meta data
If you interacted with us through Facebook (ads, messages, or our Page), you can also manage your Facebook data through your Facebook account settings. For data held by Electronix Hub directly, use the email process above.
